- 40 g butter
Melt butter

Add flour and brown:
Whisk in the flour and brown it for 2 minutes (while whisking).

- 10 g vegetable bouillon | 3.8% salt
- 10 g beef bouillon | 3.8% salt
- 300 g water
Add stock:
While continuing to stir, add vegetable and beef stock. (The original recipe called for 150 ml of beef stock and 150 ml of vegetable stock. However, it's easier for us to scale it when it's given in terms of bouillon, which we can readily obtain in cubes or granulated.)
