- 90 g almond flour | alternatively you can blanche
Mix almonds and the speculaas cookies

- 150 ml heavy cream
Heat cream until it's almost boiling

- 90 g white chocolate
Remove cream from heat and stir in the chocolate:
Adding the chocolate in chunks makes the dissolving go smoother. You can alternatively grate the chocolate before you add it, but it's usually more work and the end result is the same.

- 3 tbsp liquid honey
Stir in the honey

Let the mixture cool off for about 5 minutes

Mix the wet and dry into a smooth dough
